The SPCA (Singapore) is located at 31 Mount Vernon Road.

- Mon-Sat 10am to 4pm
(closed on Thursdays, unless Thursday is a public holiday) - Sundays & Public Holidays 11am to 3.30pm
- Last Friday every month 10am to 8.30pm
